[x] +0 OK, but should this be version 3.7.0?

Checksums, signatures, unit tests and reproducibility is OK as usual,
but the JApiCmp shows:

- A breaking change in jexl3.introspection (probably considered an
internal package)
- New methods in jexl3 and even a new type in jexl3.scripting.
