Hello!

To add some improvements in another software (Josm) I would need the new 
constant added in this pull request, merged a few months ago : 
https://github.com/apache/commons-imaging/pull/451
Since new versions can be released at very long intervals, I'd like to 
know if an alpha6 version is planned in the near future.
