Hi,

I've been performing license scans on commons-text and noted that src/test/=
resources/org/apache/commons/text/lcs-perf-analysis-inputs.csv besides some=
 lorem ipsum fillers holds a reference to being licensed under GPL-2.0. The=
 way I see it this contradicts ASF's view on compatibility with GPL (https:=
//www.apache.org/licenses/GPL-compatibility.html). Could this test asset ju=
st be removed?
