help on ecs api

Hi,
     I have a requirement to retrieve a page from a webserver(say
http://webserver/webapp/xyz/xyz.html) and show it in my portlet. I am quite
new to ECS. Can someone let me know the the class and api to use.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
