That sounds like something that would need to be set up by
the Apache infrastructure team. See this blog, section

Considering that the future of Jakarta is rather uncertain,
I don't see much chance of this being implemented on behalf of
Jakarta on an Apache machine. If Jakarta had a VM or Solaris
zone you could try to run it there, but afaik we haven't.
