Thanks Ross, I'm aware of that discussion as I'm one of the Maven folks. 
I just didn't realize that alexandria was a part of forrestdoc (or is it 
the other way around).

Unfortunately this only seems to be the cvs HEAD as it was before the 
move. I think the document I'm looking for was removed from cvs, judging 
by the "hideattic=0" in the URL:

I'll follow Henning's suggestion and see if I can retrieve it that way.
