Board report Draft

Hi all

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GUMP/20230315 is the current
draft, I'll send it out next Wednesday.

This time it is not a verbatim copy of the report I keep sending but
rather contains two extra paragraphs.

In "Project Activity"
