We are now up and running on gump1.ec2-or.apache.org I have requested the INFRA update DNS to point vmgump.apache.org to the new location (and I'll fix TLS for that hostname once they do). There were a few changes required to get things running. I think what I did makes sense but if you could review r1922260 in case I did something foolish that would be appreciated. By the way, if you ever want to revoke your emeritus status and return to the PMC let us know. You are clearly paying attention to what is going on so I see no benefit to you not being on the PMC.
