Help needed - checkstyle build failing

All,

The Checkstyle build has been failing for a while and I can't figure out 
why or how to fix it. Running the build manually seems to work.

I think there is some sort of dependency issue but I can't figure out 
what it is.

Any and all suggestions welcome.
