New PMC member: Jean Helou

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache JAMES
has invited Jean HELOU to become a PMC member
and we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Jean is involved on providing a scalable SMTP server. He
contributed things like a Pulsar based mailQueue, blob
backed mailRepositories, the first object store integration ever,
and likely many more features I did forgot.

Please join us in welcoming Jean HELOU to their new role and
responsiblity in our project community.
