[RESULT] [VOTE] Call for vote: Apache James 3.7.6

Hi all

With 5 upvotes 4 of them being binding I am happy to announce that the 
release vote for 3.7.6 just succeeded.

As always thanks to everybody implicated on the project for allowing 
this to happen.
