We need to support internationalised UTF-8 emails in James

I wrote a quick POC about it: https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/2724

It seems that a first step would be implementing this support within MailAddress object.

We then would need careful throughtout testing. I would eventuelly get through a potential inventory of impacted places.
