[VOTE] Call for vote: Apache James JDKIM 0.5

Hi,

I would like to propose a vote for 0.5 release of the Apache James JDKIM 
library.

You can find:

This release makes various libraries updates, code fixes and enhancements.

  - This is a majority approval: this release may not be vetoed.

  - The vote starts at Wednesday 21st of May 2025, 3pm UTC+7
  - The vote ends at Wednesday 28th of May 2025, 3pm UTC+7
