I'll use this issue to list directories to be investigated as I suspect they have become useless

directories
 * [`apidocs`|https://james.apache.org/apidocs/] is an empty directory
 * [`site`|https://james.apache.org/site/] contains james 3.7.0 documentation 
 * `model-eclipse-modeler` use is unclear it seems to contain binary files

├── model.notation

 * `development-bundle` use is unclear 
* [`james-backends-common`|https://james.apache.org/james-backends-common/] looks like an old (2018) publication error
 * [`parent`|https://james.apache.org/parent/] seems rather useless

* https://james.apache.org/Gemfile.lock is probably not meant to be published
