The goal is to finish the migration to Antora doc so we can replace the old one with it.

That long overdue job will hopefully clarify how to use our project and make James more attractive.

Here is the succession of steps we have in mind:

 - Move community section in James site - that deserves to be at the root of our website - James site should explain in its landing page the different components (server, mime4j, JSPF, etc)
 - Finish ANTORA migration for other components (JSPF, JDKIM, JSIEIEVE, MIME4J...)
 - Document each (major) server in james-project/servers/apps
   We can likely do lighter for variations.
   JPA  would likely deserves a doc (mentionning a @Deprecated - favor PG app)
   I also propose a clear doc for PGSQL
 - Document in servers a migration guide using imapsync
 - Likely improving slightly the theme
   I have close to zero graphic skills... Opinions welcome.
 - Remove irrelevant pages:
    - Move user model in community
    - Remove the rest of concepts
    - Instead link a good page about mail concepts
    - Remove undocumented / unexisting server sections
