James 3.2 and invalid credentials for user mailbox

I have created users following directions from https://james.apache.org/server/manage-webadmin.html#Create_a_user following rules from https://james.apache.org/server/config-users.html but then when I want to test access to those mailboxes it throws an error that provided credentials are not correct. VirtualHosting is enabled.

Is there any way to see if that fails on provided user name or password?
