Use James to filter emails

Hi Group,
             We are trying to build an email scanner to filter emails based on some condition. I just came to know that James can be used as MTA(Message Transfer Agent). How can I use to filter emails, what configurations should I make. I would like to have James to interface outlook 365 i.e. James will forward the emails to outlook 365. I would appreciate your input on this.
