he Apache James (https://james.apache.org) community is pleased to 
announce the availability of Apache James 3.8.0.

Apache James is a modular email server written in Java.

This release delivers many chages including:

     Upgrade TCP protocols to Netty 4
     Migrate IMAP protocol as reactive
     Multiple additional IMAP extensions are implemented
     Upgrade to Cassandra driver 4
     Migrate to OpenSearch
     Review our threading model to cap threads performing blocking tasks
     Implement official JMAP quotas specification
