Habeas warrant mark

Hello,

While going through the list of mailets in
https://james.apache.org/mailet/standard/mailet-report.html I noticed the
HasHabeasWarrantMark [1] mailet

the listed website : http://www.habeas.com now redirects to
http://www.returnpath.com which then redirects to
https://www.validity.com/everest/returnpath/
this page mentions returnpath being a marketing tool but nothing about
habeas and I couldn't find a way to get a license to use habeas.

The mailet is marked experimental but shouldn't it be deprecated (or even
removed) at this point ?
