 I have staged a release candidate for
 the Portals Applications POM project version 1.3 and Portals
 Bridges POM version 1.1.

 release is in preparation for upcoming releases such as
 Jetspeed-2 and PortalsApplications that will be dependent on
 the latest these two Master POMs.
 Please review the release candidate of
 this project which is available in 
 the following staging repository:
