add new page --> german characters

Hi,

I want to add a new page with german characters from toolbox, f.e. 
"Aktivit*Ã€*ten".

In js 2.2.2. is an encoding problem by define the filename of the psml 
file. After creation, no portlet can be add.

How can I set the title of the page and the psml filename separately (on 
toolbox)?
