use jetspeed 2 portal on mobile devices

Hi,

I think about to use a jetspeed 2 portal on a mobile device (android, 
iphone, ...). In my opinion there are 2 kinds of use:

1. use the mobile browser (chrome, android browser)
2. develop a app with embedded browser

Has someone do this? There are experience?

How can I develop a different views for desktop browser and the mobile one?
