Where to get current jetspeed 2.3-SNAPSHOT jars ?

Hi all,

it seems the repo

    <repository>
      <id>apache.snapshots</id>
     
<url>https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots</url>
    </repository>

does not have the most current jetspeed 2.3.0-SNAPSHOT jars from the trunk.

Especially we're looking for the
jetspeed-security-2.3.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
which was patched 5 days ago, see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-1329

But the jar from the repo above is from
Sun Jun 28 2015
not containing the patch, see
https://repository.apache.org/index.html#nexus-search;quick~jetspeed-security

Is there no regular update for the jars in the repo ?
