Jetspeed Tutorial resource

I am working through the jetexpress tutorial and have a question.

After getting jetexpress to build, deploy and run (with help from an
expert), I  started working through the rest of the tutorial.

I didn't get too far.  There is a link to a zip file that appears to be missing.
