It cannot be applied as it stands, as it changes the behaviour of the test element (and causes some unit tests to fail). Current behaviour is that the query "//Result" returns "Success", i.e. the text contents, and this behaviour must be maintained. However, there are cases where it would be useful to return the fragment, so I think the best way to solve this is to add an option for it.
