Getting access token using certificate with HTTP request step

Hi,

I am trying to achieve getting access token for HTTP request using a
certificate but didn't succeed. Please provide me with the proper
guidelines on how to do it.

Also, is there a way to get access tokens for HTTP requests using managed
identity?

Please advise.
