Add headers to HTTP2 sampler

Hi

I need to send requests with HTTP2.

I'm trying to use the bzm - http2 sampler plugin because I read that the re=
gular http sampler only supports HTTP1.

But it seems that the header manager doesn't function properly with this pl=
ugin: the headers are not added. I've also tried it with a prepocessor scri=
pt but the headers aren't added either.

How can I send http2 requests and add headers to them? Does anyone have exp=
erience with this?
