Log:
Added MatchFilterBase class to log4j.filters package and three subclasses to match specific things: LevelMatchFilter, MDCMatchFilter, and NDCMatchFilter. LevelMatchFilter and NDCMatchFilter are versions moved from the varia package, but changed to subclass from MatchFilterBase.
