The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of Apache Maven
4.0.0-rc-6.


Maven is a software project management and comprehension tool. Based on the
concept
of a project object model (POM), Maven can manage a project's build,
reporting, and
documentation from a central piece of information.

Maven 4 is a major release that includes significant improvements and
changes.

This is a release candidate intended for testing and feedback. Please

Issues fixed since rc-5:
- Bean configuration bug causing plugin configuration injection failures
- Concurrency issue in the v4 API (ConcurrentModificationException)
- BOM packaging: consumer POM conversion now correctly preserves dependency
versions
- macOS Gatekeeper: JLine native binaries removed from distribution

Plus many additional bug fixes, improvements to the mvnup upgrade tool, and
