jspecify dependency

Hi,
I just upgraded and then quickly reverted Apache POI to use the 2.24.0 releas=
e.
I'm getting CI build issues where I see this:

error: module not found: org.jspecify

I can't see anything in the release notes about jspecify.

Is there any guidance on what log4j 2.24.0 users need to do regarding org.jsp=
ecify dependency. I've never had to add this dependency before - this is the =
first time I've ever come across the jspecify project.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
