Have we stopped sending updates to the issues list?

I haven't received an email from [email protected] for more than a
day, which is unusual.
The archive also hasn't recorded more recent email:

Meanwhile, we've definitely opened new PRs and have commented on them:
https://github.com/apache/lucene/pulls

Anyone know what's going on? Could it be an issue on my end?
