Re: Proposing a 10.3 release in September

+1 for 10.3 release.  Note that Community over Code NA is Sep 11 - Sep 14
in Minneapolis so some of us might be less responsive ... but I don't think
that's a reason to alter the plan (hmm, except I think Vigya is attending
the conference heh).
