Lucene release issue

Hey y'all,

It's embarrassing, but I am not sure what I did wrong. I published all the
docs correctly to SVN.

They are accessible here:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/sites/lucene/core/10_4_0/

However, the replication to https://lucene.apache.org/core/10_4_0/ is just
not happening? It's been multiple hours.

I haven't done a release in a while, but this amount of time seems
excessive!

The release-wizard said to grab two beers, but at this rate, I might get
alcohol poisoning!

Any ideas? Or just learn patience?
