The documentation push was fine, but svnpubsub just didn=E2=80=99t pick =
it up for some reason. I added whitespace to Changes.html and pushed to =
svn again, and that triggered the svnpubsub build.  I=E2=80=99ve opened =
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-28068 to report the problem.

Looking at the svn log it seems the same issue happened with 10.4 - will =
work out what needs editing and see if I can update the release wizard =
