Hi Team,

I wanted to check if we still actively use IRC? I couldn=E2=80=99t find act=
ive
channels (the README still points to #lucene and #lucene-dev on freenode.ne=
t),
so if not, is there any other preferred place we communicate (e.g. Slack)?

As per confirmation, I=E2=80=99ll update the README accordingly.
