Hi Team,

Just following up on this in case it was missed.

I wanted to check whether we still actively use IRC. The README currently
points to #lucene and #lucene-dev on freenode.net, but I couldn't find any
active channels. If IRC is no longer used, I'll update the README
accordingly.
