RE: Lucene 10.5.1 bugfix release

Hi Alan,

Could we include this fix as well in 10.5.1 release: "Wrap dropped-FP scalar-quantized float values so scoring stays quantized" (https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/16492)? This fix makes sure we do scoring on quantized vectors when full-precision raw vectors are absent from the index.
