If the reporter had bothered to do a CVS checkout of the latest source or downloaded the latest development release, he would find when you build the jar, you get a manifest with versioning information. Furthermore, enhancements should be discussed on oro-dev first instead of submitting hit and run bugzilla enhancement requests that generate no discussion.
