There is no build-oro.xml in version 2.0.6 and there is no chmod directive in the 2.0.6 release or latest build.xml. Please follow the directions at http://jakarta.apache.org/oro/bugs.html before reporting a bug through bugzilla. Air potential bugs on oro-dev first, otherwise you're simply wasting our time. It is not fair to make others spend their unpaid volunteer time tracking down imagined problems when you don't have the decency to take a few minutes to see if maybe you have made a mistake or at least to discuss the problem on the project mailing list.
