SnipSnap is a GPL research project at Fraunhofer FIRST. We use it as a lightweight KM and Requirements Engineering Tool. The idea behind SnipSnap is to make everything a snip. Comments, blog entries and wiki pages. Easy to link and extend. Every snip can be commented.
