The V3ResourceParametersTests found in [PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_4.java|https://github.com/apache/portals-pluto/blob/pluto-3.0.0/portlet-tck_3.0/V3PortletParametersTests/src/main/java/javax/portlet/tck/portlets/PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_4.java] are simply a copy/paste (with some global search & replace) of the V3ActionParametersTests found in [PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_3.java|https://github.com/apache/portals-pluto/blob/pluto-3.0.0/portlet-tck_3.0/V3PortletParametersTests/src/main/java/javax/portlet/tck/portlets/PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_3.java].
