While checking the release candidate for 3.0.1, apache-rat:check finds some errors, some of which are just what should have been excluded in configuration, some are possibly to be fixed in source headers.
For example, portlet-app_2_0.xsd should probably contain a proper license header while most should be excluded in apache rat configuration.
