The V3AnnotationPortletAppConfigOverrideTests portlet.xml descriptor does not validate against the [portlet-app_3_0.xsd|http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/portlet/portlet-app_3_0.xsd] descriptor because some elements are out-of-order according to the XML schema.
