This task involves consolidating (moving) the demonstration portlets from the project root directory into a "/demo" sub-directory. In addition, the demo project names and artifacts will be renamed with all lower-case characters (and dashes instead of camelCase) for the sake of consistency:

- /ChatRoomDemo -> /demo/chat-room-demo-portlet

- /PortletHubDemo -> /demo/hub-demo-portlet

- /PortletV3Demo -> demo/v3-demo-portlet

- /PortletV3AnnotatedDemo -> demo/v3-annotated-demo-portlet
