This issue serves as a task for developing the following portlets which showcase the MVCBean feature described in PLUTO-772:

- portals-pluto/maven-archetypes/mvcbean-jsp-portlet-archetype (JSP portlet ViewEngine for MVC 1.0)
- portals-pluto/maven-archetypes/mvcbean-thymeleaf-portlet-archetype  (Thymeleaf portlet ViewEngine for MVC 1.0)

The archetypes will be a simple form that prompts for a first and last name. Upon submitting the form, the submitted values are presented in redirected view that greets the user with the current date.
