A follow up to my previous email:

3) Why do we have two config files: pluto-portal-driver-config.xml and 
pluto-portal-driver-services-config.xml? It should be pretty easy to move the 
contents of the first into the latter. Spring configuration is nowadays 
pretty familiar to many developers.
