Tomcat 4.1.30 doesn't require a compatibility package if you're running 
Java 1.4.  You shouldn't use it.

You'll probably need to build Pluto from source, since the Pluto binary 
distribution includes Tomcat 5.5.9.  See below for building pluto from 
source:
