Preparing the Pluto 2.0.2 release

Dear community,

I'm planning to start the release preparation and VOTE for releasing Pluto 2.0.2 early next week.
Please notify ASAP if you encountered critical/blocking issues with the Pluto 2.0.x branch which should be considered to hold the release.
Do create a comprehensive JIRA issue for it then here: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PLUTO.
Of course, other less (time-)critical issues can be reported as well, but in that case just leave the fix-version out or set to 2.0.3/2.1.0
