[ANNOUNCE] Apache Portals Pluto 3.0.1 release

The Apache Portals team is pleased to announce the General
Availability of Apache Pluto version 3.0.1.

This is a maintenance release that builds on the success of version
3.0.0, which was the first release to implement all JSR 362 features
and pass the new Portlet 3.0 TCK.
