Licensing issue

Hi,

we are currently subject to a license audit of our software, where also 3rd party FOSS components are checked for usage. In the NOTICE file the following part came to our attention:


This product contains parts that were originally based on software from BEA.

Copyright (c) 2000-2003, BEA Systems, http://www.bea.com/ (dead link),

which was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2008.

Is any licensing information known? I could not find any in my own research, so I would like to take the chance to ask this question via the mailing list.
